Not criticizing what anyone eats - i know its tough to even keep food down some days, but MSG is hidden in SO MANY things. And in the scheme of things you might not be conscerend about it as the gov consideres it safe and its probably not an issue for you.

Nacho Chips and other snack foods w/ cheese
Canned & Instant Soups, Boullion cubes
Instance Rice / Noodles - esp ones with Dairy
Gelatin (very trace amounts)
Hot Dogs and lunch meats
Fast Foods - Taco Bell, KFC worst offenders and ff sausages
I had no idea how many things MSG was in before I developed an issue! Its amazing how much of it is in kid friendly foods too.
so if you trying to avoid it best to get reading labels or better yet avoid buying things in packages!

Most people think Chinese food when you say MSG and will try to avoid it but don't realize they eat it in other things every day.
