My DS was down to one nap a day at this age, but DD still needs two. Lately though, her second nap seems to be at all different times, so I'm wondering how long most babies go between the 1st and 2nd naps, so I can adjust her to a better schedule.
She usually wakes up between 6:00 and 6:30 and stays up until 8:40 (that's when we get in the car to take DS to preschool....she falls asleep in the car). She naps until 10:00. Her second nap used to be from 1:00 until 2:00/2:30, but lately she resists falling asleep at 1:00, so I think her 2nd nap time needs some tweaking.
How long does your LO stay up between each nap?

Usually 3 hours between naps. Typically his naps are at about 9:30 and at about 2:00. If he's been up less than 3 hours, he won't nap.
But lately he's been skipping his pm nap from time to time because his am one has been running longer (and I don't want to give him a nap at 4, because then he'll be up really late). On those days, though, he is really exhausted by bedtime.
It would be better if he dropped his morning nap or at least pushed it way back but he reallllllly needs that nap, and early, because he's a very early riser.
My twin 14 month olds sleep from 7pm to 7am. They nap at 11am, and again at 4 pm (short, and one is starting to fiight this one).
I'd start slowly moving the morning nap a little later, but definitely do the same with the afternoon. I'd shoot for closer to 3pm.
