I have to share with you- I got a pregnancy DVD at the library (because I refuse to spend $$ on pregnancy DVD's). It's called: 10 Minute Solutions: Pregnancy Pilates. There's 5 different 10 minute pilates workouts- core, flexibility, butt n thighs, total body, and crap, I can't remember the last one. Anyway, it's taught be a woman who's 36 weeks pregnant so if she can do it, I can do it! You can chose to do all 5 or pick and choose which ones. I really like it and recommend it if you don't feel like going to the gym or walk outside in 90 degree weather for a walk!

I do this work out quite often.. I often mix the standing pilates, pilates for buns and thighs and either the total body pilates or the stretching.
