"Deeeeeeee!" which is not a word, but used when someone gets in trouble or slandered in some way. I would say it is used as a form of shock/disbelief. EX: "DEEEEE! She just got told by that teacher..."
It is highly annoying...my least favorite at the moment.

What is your favorite word? Lately I've been dropping a ton of F bombs... I guess I'm trying to get rid of them before the babies get here.
What is your least favorite word? Moist. Ughhh I hate that word.

Least Favorite: SLIT and SLICE. These words make me cringe when I hear them, especially when used in a conversation about injuries. Moist does not bother me in the slightest and I was surprised when I found out (a while ago) so many people are grossed out by it.
Favorite - Sheeeet (Its my replacement for sh*t with lots of emphasis on the 'eeet')
Least - Actually ( its sounds like 'Ashley' from afar. So if there weren't enough Ashley's for me to compete with I also answer to someone saying "Actually")
Least favorite: moist - I am upset that I wasn't the first one to put this up there. Haha. I hate it because when I was 16, I worked at a restaurant and one of the line cooks was a pig. He used to lean out over the counter and say, "You make me so moist." Ew ew ew ew. I was an innocent 16 year old so I never did anything about it. Now, I would own his car, his house, and probably some of the restaurant. LOL.

I don't have a favorite word but I always use the phrase O-M-Sweet-G. It's typically in response to how ridiculous a coworker of mine is.
I also hate the word t!tt!es... said coworker is getting a boob job and she says she is "getting my t!tt!ies done."
Favorite: Pumpkin - It's just so fun to say.
