Need to advertise for in-house sitter. Sites?

Can you suggest websites that I can advertise? I need an in-home sitter/nanny part-time and am not sure where to post my ad. Prefer not to use Craigslist for this.

Any links appreciated or successful stories you had using specific sites.

Thanks!

  • Boo, I am in Chantilly, VA. I am looking for someone to come to my home 15 - 20 hrs a week, flexible schedule except for Tuesdays (that day is a must). But if you can recommend sites I can advertise on I would appreciate it.
  • We use a full-time, live-out nanny and had a great experience with White House Nannies.  I know they also handle part-time staff.

  • We've been happy with Sitter City.  It costs money but you can sign up for a free 7 day trial.

Same here.  We've been really happy with the sitters we found on there.

Ditto.  I would definitely try Sitter City before spending mucho $$ on a nanny placement agency.  I was THRILLED with our nanny that we found on SS.
