I tried this stroller in the store (Baby Depot). It's HEAVY and I couldn't figure out how to fold it up. If you are going to be getting in out and out of your car with it I'd wait to hear from people that actually own it and like it. Amazon gives it 4/5 stars though.
Is the one on CL brand new? Because $125 for a used stroller that you can get for under $200 brand new is not a great deal. I would look at ebay or search around for a sale before I would spend $125 for a used Kolcraft.
As for the stroller itself... I have played with one once or twice when hanging out with a friend of mine who had twins. It is very very large and very very heavy. It is more cumbersome than the more expensive (and better designed) tandem doubles made by Baby Jogger and Phil and Ted.
If you are willing to go used I would look for a used Baby Jogger City Select. It is a similar stroller but has more options, it is lighter, has a more convenient fold, and you will likely use it mroe because it is easier to use.

It is big, but it is wonderful. I love it. It has been a lifesaver, I love the large basket. When we go to the zoo it holds toys and and ice chest and diaper bag no problem.
The seats come off to make it fold smaller. My DH has a large SUV so its not a problem in his car. I have a Toyota Corolla and I remove the seats ( very easy to do) and fold the stroller ( also so easy once you know how) and the stroller and seats ( stacked on top) fit no problem in my little car. For the price I think it is amazing.
I take it on the subway and on long walks and have been using it for 10 months. I also love the customer service from the company. They can replace every part if you need. DH lost one of the bars that go on the front of the stroller and broke the parent tray and I just called and gave them the information off the tag on one seat and they sent replacements right away.

I second the great review -- even the zoo specifics. I love Kolcraft's customer service as well. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and it's not too heavy for me to put in the trunk of our sedan (which it fits easily into). It's very easy to fold.
My BIL/SIL just used it with us at the zoo last weekend and they both loved it!
I got my Contours II on Amazon for $131 new, so I'd wait for a better deal. The newer model (2011) is supposed to be amazingly lighter as well, so for those that said it was heavy, I'd give it a second look when the new body comes out.
I have not used the infant car seat adapter yet, so I can't review that, but as a whole, I do love the stroller.
