The moments that make it worth it

Right this second, DD1 (20.5 months) is straddling DD2 (8 months) and shoving a sippy cup into her mouth.  Apparently DD2 thinks this is hilarious, because she is laughing her little behind off.
Traveling the world with my girls - born 12 months and 18 days apart.

    Yesterday I needed to fold laundry so I put my two in my daughter's crib with a bunch of toys.  I was across the hall folding and all I could hear was belly laughs and screeches of joy from my baby and giggles from my toddler.  When I would peek my head in they would just beam up at me and smile.  They were having a BLAST!  Not sure what they were doing (other than passing toys back and forth) but they were loving every second.

    The bond is amazing and it happens so quickly.  Now that my son is more active and alert it is getting better and better.

    So cute! I love those moments!

    DS is always trying to give DD her bottle. The second she starts crying, he stops what he is doing and goes looking for it. lol.

    DS and DD share a room, and the other night DS woke up in the middle of the night crying. When I went in their room, DS was trying to get in DD's crib to sleep with her.

    I love the bond they have and I am amazed how strong it is even at this young an age. DS loves to make DD laugh and smile, and DD's face lights up the second she sees her big brother in the morning. It makes my heart melt.  :)
