Yo Gabba Gabba just showed up on instant streaming for Netflix so we turned it on for Stella while we got ready for work this morning. OMG! It's totally and completely bizarre yet I found myself really enjoying it. Maybe I'm warped or just really sick of the other stuff she watches. As far as I'm concerned Barney can take a flying leap and the Wonder Pets need some new material.

Stella seemed to really enjoy it and liked all the wacky songs (so did Hadley). Looks like we have a new show to entertain us for awhile!

My LO has been a fan for a few months already. It is wacky for sure, but they are loads of fun. He recognizes the characters/voices and always smiles and laughs big time when he is able to see them. They are going on tour "Yo Gabba Gabba Live" and we already got tickets. DS will be 22 months by then.

I love YGG!! Its the only show that DS is interested in..and the songs are so insidious!! I catch myself singing them all the time! and the cameos by famous people are fun!

No kidding! I've got one of the songs stuck in my head this morning and it's starting to drive me crazy. We watched the one with Elijah Wood and it was great! I think it was the very first episode.

Hayden used to love YGG thankfully we have moved passed it. It was great for a while but got to me after 6 months.

Awesome! Now it's time to DANCE... I didn't realize it had popped up on streaming Netflix. We are on that. They also added new seasons of Wonder Pets, I saw a delightful circus episode this morning from Season 3. New music and everything. Wonder Pets and YGG are my girl's first loves. Well Barney too but we have tried to avoid that one for a while. The music and guest on YGG are really great IMO...and DD does actually really love to rock out to the songs.

We love it around here (DH and I as much as Toodle). I find most children's programming (and especially music) really irritating but the music on YGG is awesome, both the show's original songs and the indie artists that they have doing songs. And I love some of the guests they have (usually hate Jack Black but LOVE his YGG episode). I think it's funny when people say it's too creepy or bizarre - what kids' show isn't? A monster that lives in a trash can and a giant purple dinosaur singing to children isn't bizarre?

Bite your tongue! We LOVE Brobee in our house, he's hysterical. Plex is a douche though, he always ruins the fun (DH loves when he sings "Possible you wind up in the hospital...".

I remember long ago when you said that Muno was "ribbed for her pleasure" it scared me!

We love YGG. We went to the Live show last fall, but Lilah was a little too young to enjoy it.

Yeah, I think it was me although I may have said "nubbed" for her pleasure, LOL. We're taking Toodle to YGG live this fall, I think he'll love it, as he loved Toy Story on Ice and was only 19 months when we went to that.

We have been into it a lot lately. At first when the theme song came on I thought it said "this is fupa, she's thick and happy" I was shocked but couldn't help but laugh. Then I found out what it really says lol.

I guess I'm the odd one because I can't stand that show. It's just sooo trippy and weird. The dude with the orange wig. The random dancing kids. The talking cartoon vegetables who want to go into the party in the tummy. Yeah, not my cup of tea. I'm more of a Mickey Mouse girl. Smile

With that said, my son likes it. He doesn't love as much as he does MM or Elmo but he does enjoy the songs, so I turn it on for him so that he can get his groove on.

DD loves that show. She is very entertained by the Funny Faces and we'll do that randomly when she needs a distraction during the day. I have several episodes on my ipad and I'm counting on them to get us through our 2.5 hour flights in a few weeks

We are going to see Yo Gabba Gabba live this fall and DH and I are super excited... hopefully DD will be as well!!

My twins LOVE yo gabba gabba. Somehow when I have visitors they always ask , what is this show?

But they love it...oh and I think that's where Caroline got the "no, no, no" from and shakes her finger.... Huh? We watch it on :"on demand" here and there.

I use to think it was the creepiest show, even DH told me not to let my Stella watch it. Now, we all love it. It has great lessons and DH loves the guests they have! Wonder pets def needs new material, but Stella loves it! Fresh beat band too!

Oooh, we love YGG, but haven't had access to it for a while (we don't get Nick Jr.). Yay for streaming Netflix!!! I'll have to remember to show DS1 on Monday. (He's in school tomorrow, and I try to avoid shows on the weekend.) Thanks.
