It depends. does your child have food allergies or are there strong food allergies in your family? With an allergy free child, you can introduce anything after six months (except honey and any choking hazards), but introduce one food at a time and wait 3 days before introducing another new food. If your child has allergies, then many are more cautious. For my dairy allergic twins, our allergist suggested a new food every 5-7 days so we can sort out if they are allergic to anything else
I was told to allow my son to have the same new food for 4 to 5 days and then try a new one. Most reactions happen on the second exposure.
What makes you think your LO has food allergies? Definitely don't introduce too much at the same time, otherwise if your LO does react to something you will have a hard time figuring out what caused it.
