Poor H and DD

Im at work and H is trying to put DD down who will not be soothed by ANYTHING.  No paci, no white noise, no bottle, no rocking, no walking around, no balloon (that was my secret weapon all day!).  I want to go home and comfort DD to sleep because I know her sleeping means I'll get some too!!!  I really hope she goes down soon.  What on earth else can he try...think think think....

    I wonder if she is over stimulated?  I would go into a pitch black room and sway.  I know the more worked up I get, the more worked up LO gets.  So take slow deep breaths and imagine yourself relaxing.  I would keep the white noise on.  That's what works with my LO eventually.  I also rocked LO with his back to my belly and that seemed to calm him down during one of those fits too.  :(  Poor your H and DD...that is miserable for everyone involved.

    I don't have any other suggestions besides what everyone's already suggested, but just know eventually she WILL go to sleep.  What works for me does not work for DH, so he's had to figure out his own path and my suggestions don't really help.  It's so weird that what she loves with me, she screams for with him!!

    Use a hair dryer on the cool setting or vacuum.
