a new car story...NBR

back story - my XDH and I were always broke. Like almost welfare broke. So I have always driven crappy cars. My 'best' car was a '95 Odyssy in 2001 (which I drove until last fall when it had almost 300,000 miles on it and finally blew up). Meanwhile I've driven my daughter's '89 VW and now a '95 Corolla. All perfectly "fine" cars. But merely transportation.
Today we picked up my new car. DH picked it out for me - my requirements were not more expensive for car insurance, less than $10k (to pay cash), and NOT a minivan.
I drove my BMW 323i home today! It's used but it is BY FAR the nicest car I've ever driven. I'm so totally over the moon!! I feel like a queen driving this car down the road!!

How exciting!!
I cannot wait to afford a new (new for us) car. We share a 89' Acura Integra that is about to fall apart, and has no A/C. I am slightly jealous!

Yay! I totally geeked out when we first got ours. Like put makeup on to go to Safeway because I have to look nice in my nice car. I got over that.
Please tell me it's manual?
It's BOTH!! It's an automatic with a "sport" package which means I can switch it to manual and push the stick shift up or down to "sport shift"!!
I have cup holders for the first time!! And power EVERYTHING....and IPod/Phone integrated...and sattelite radio...
(I may just go sleep in the car...would that be wrong?)
anytime! well - I work bunches, have baseball games and car shows to work at ... but other than that!!
