Hi ladies! I almost feel like I haven't been eating enough. I know they say to go by the rule of adding just one or two small snacks a day to our normal diet, but I haven't been hungry enough to want or need them. Anyone else not eating "for 2?" I am wondering if the hunger will hit me a little later on instead, but I almost feel guilty about it; like I should make myself eat something even though I don't really feel like (it's not because I am nauseous, just not hungry). What are you ladies doing to get your extra calories? Are you wanting to eat them?

Re: Haven't been eating anything extra...anyone else?
I'm pretty hungry, but I'm not sure if I'm *more* hungry than before. I used to work out pretty hard core, so I was staving all the time. I'm still working out, but my intensity is less and I'm probably eating about the same as pre-pregnancy. Therefore, I'm probably getting in that extra 200-300 cals a day. I know in the first trimester, we didn't even really *need* more calories at all at that point. I would just aim for nutritious food, to the point of keeping you full and not worry about it too much.
Not sure if you're counting calories, but I'm eating about 1800 - 2000 a day. Somedays I'm famished, others are pretty normal so I don't beat myself up too much over it.
