...that, although I've met a few wonderful ladies here in person over the years, after 5 years of communicating with folks via my fingers, 2 days before I'm set to meet a whole bunch of them in person I'm losing my voice!
I like to think I'm a good listener, but I would really like to be able to talk this weekend too! Not to mention that it's no fun to parent with no voice either. ![]()
I don't feel sick at all, knock on wood, so this is very strange.
::off to suck on more lozenges::

I went to my 20 year high school reunion a year and a half ago. I had a cold that morphed into me losing my voice--I could hardly talk. It was SO frustrating.
Have a great time at the GTG. I am so sad that I am going to miss it. It's in my backyard, but as it turned out, LO and I will be away. (We are going to Montana and Washington for 9 days.)
LOL, charmcity! How sad if I were to end up TYPING to everyone at the GTG! Thanks, gals!
I frequently lose my voice after being sick, and I started to feel something might be coming on last week, but I have managed to avoid it getting worse. It seems I got the first and now the last symptom while thankfully none of the middle part of the mess!
I'm going to be looking to Ben & Jerry's to help me out in a few minutes too! I know, desperate times call for desperate measures....
