Any recommendations for good blogs? I want a pink party and I like the idea of pink ruffles, but other than garlands and the cake I have no idea what to do for the invites and everything else!
Maggie's first had a cupcake theme. I had cakespy.com do a custom watercolor of Cuppie the cupcake on a swing (Maggie's favorite pastime at that age) with some balloons (since she has pink balloons on her bedroom wall. I also had a cupcake pillowcase dress made for her on esty.
I recently went to a "pretty in pink" party at the park. The mom had pink plastic tablecloths, mason jars with tealight candles with a simple pink ribbon tied around the top of the jar on the tables. Simple and cute.
Ava's first was a garden/butterfly theme at the park and Charlotte's was an ice cream theme at Graeter's.
Also, I love karaspartyideas.blogspot.com for party planning inspiration (of course, those parties are outrageous professionally planned events - I just use it for ideas and do them on a much MUCH smaller scale).
Ava Caroline 8.27.07 I Charlotte Grace 5.18.09 I Lila Katherine 1.20.11
