I am a bad mom because...

Some days I feel like a horrible mom. Here are a few reasons why. Feel free to add you bad mom moments.

Sometimes I dress K in boy clothes. If I take her out in public in boy clothes and someone says "O your little boy is so cute!" I just say thank you and go on my way.

I often laugh at K when she fake cries. It is funny and her whole face turns red and I can't help it but to laugh.

I use K to get back at DH. He likes to stay up late at night and it annoys me so I do everything I can to not be quite when I get up with K in the morning.

I use K as an excuse to get out of things. The baby is sick. The baby is teething. The baby is sleeping. The baby has a diaper rash and can't ride in her car seat. O the excuses you can come up with when you have a baby!

    sometimes i think if i would have known i could use the baby as an excuse to get out of things i would have had one a long time ago.  i plan to use addy as an excuse for the next 15 years.

    we try to find reasons why the one set of great grandparents can't watch Kaitlyn yet. They are older and just don't seem to remember what its like with an infant even though she practically raised dh (now 30). We were with them the other day and within about a 20 minute span they passed her back and forth at least 6 times while feeding her a bottle/burping. also use the have to pay a whole week at sitter even if she isn't there excuse.  

    Don't want her to spend the night away anytime soon and will use breastfeeding as the reason for that till I feel comfortable with it.

    I laugh when DS cries frequently. He has a temper and is over-dramatic. He's frequently our excuse. We enjoy it Smile

    baaawhaha. I couldn't resist all the beautiful girlie dresses at Target and dressed my boy in a white summer dress. i'm  glad i'm not alone in this.
