When we make smoothies, I use fruit, yogurt and juice. You can put half cooked carrots, carrot puree with half strawberries. Or there are juices that are 1/2 fruit 1/2 veggie. V8 Fusion and there is a Strawberry Kiwi one in juice boxes walmart sells.
We eat a lot of green smoothies. I usually just throw in spinach (fresh or frozen) with any "normal" smoothie. I've also used kale, but the taste is a little more bitter. I would think carrot would be good, but I'm not so sure about the beans. My favorite is: frozen banana, strawberries, yogurt, splash of apple juice, and spinach. Oh, and it really helps if you have a good blender so there aren't chunks of spinach.

I've never given this one to my LO, but you could try it:
2 handfuls of chopped kale or spinach
1/2 green apple
1/2 avocado
a handful of shredded carrot
juice from 1/2 lime
water to right consistency and/or coconut water (1-2cups)
(when I make it for myself I add protein powder, but may not want to for LO)
If you wanted to make it sweeter for LO, maybe a little honey or vanilla
