1st u/s appt PIP

I'm 5 weeks today! Woot woot and upgraded to an apple seed. I also had my first u/s. I was a wreck this morning. Cried, freaked out...it was awful.

Luckily for me my regular nurse was back from vacation and she was thrilled that I was pregnant. I love this lady so much. Everyone had warned me that I would probably not see anything because 5 weeks is sooooo early to find anything. 

But.....Baby Cat had other ideas. We found a gestational sack, yoke and fetal pole. Woot woot! My nurse was shocked to see so much so soon but we were all thrilled. I'm soooo relieved. Hopefully next week we will hear the heart beat!!!

    So exciting, this makes me even more excited for my appointment next week...I'll be almost 7 weeks by the time we go in...so I'm hoping we'll see a lot too!

    We had 2 years of IF trying to conceive #2 and one loss during that time. We are currently trying for #3! had another loss the end of June

    I'm jealous! I had 1 on monday at 5 weeks 2 days and we saw a sac and what they think is the beginning of a yolk sac but they aren't sure...and I had hcg drawn today and it was 8502...are you sure you aren't farther along?

    Congrats!  Glad to hear everything looks good.  I'm anxious for my first appointment, but it won't be until July 1st.  Hopefully I'll have lots to see by then.

    More than positive on far along I am. I've been monitored for so long that we know my body a little bit too well ;)
