Anyone want to share their color scheme/ theme for baby girl nursery???

I am going to move our older DD into a new room so I'm excited to decorate/paint! Here is a pic of what I'm going to try and copy... but the bedroom is not quite that cool with vaulted ceilings and all! haha!

For the baby DD's room, I'd like to redecorate just so it feels like a new room for a new baby. I'm pretty thrifty and crafty so I'm thinking I can do it for pretty cheap.

Anyway, just want to see/hear what you are doing for your little girls rooms????

We don't know the sex yet, but I'm thinking about doing a pink and lime green theme if we have a girl. Maybe something like this:

Well unfortunately, we don't have a room for the baby (we have a boy and a girl already, so all rooms are taken) and so he/she will be with us, but when we do the room and whatever derorations and things anyway, will be green, yellow, and blue or pink with turtles.

We are doing light green/pink/yellow. I really like this:

But am also thinking of skipping the set and doing a green gingham skirt, pink gingham bumper, yellow/green/pink solid sheets, and yellow walls.

I also plan on making all the decorations for the walls myself.

My colors for the nursery will be lavender, light green, and brown with giraffe print accents. I would like to try and decorate and make most things myself or get them off etsy. Let us know how it turns out. I would love to see!

I'm pretty sure we're doing this one just because we're getting all LO's gear to match those colors. Oh and I am making EVERYTHING by hand!! Well not everything but the bumper, curtains, BF pillow cover, and wall hangings.

If we have a girl I'm thinking of changing the nursery to aqua and yellow with girly touches. I've seen pictures of girl's rooms like that and I love it!

If I actually have a girl, probably yellow, gray and white. I like this set from Migi, but I would only use a few pieces. I found some cool stencils on Etsy for the walls of the mod flowers. I can't use decals because our stupid walls are textured.

I found this nursery on the nursery board from MrsEmilyS. It is exactly what we had in mind, down to the fabric that we saw on babybedding.com and the color of the walls! ETA: We are getting the same dresser from Ikea - Hemnes. We ordered the Graco Lauren in white from WalMart.

Here is the fabric we are ordering the bed skirt in and for material for the curtains.

If we have a little girl, I was thinking either hot pink and lime green with flowers (I'm taking the idea from a gift bag I have and my mom is very very crafty) or pink and cupcakes. My mom is going to make a lot of the stuff for the nursery like the bedding and the artwork and stuff.

We are getting the same furniture! My DH just doesn't even ask anymore. He knows if this baby is a girl the fresh, girlie room is inevitable, and he has no say!

LOVE this!! We actually have gray and yellow in our bedroom; so calming and lovely!
