city mini double owners, come in

Do you ever have a problem with the front wheel locking on it's own? This happened to me a couple of times. I noticed it after walking straight for a prolonged amount of time. Is this a safety feature? A defect? I love the stroller and maybe I'm not unlocking it properly, but it's annoying. Otherwise I LOVE the stroller.

    I've never had that problem, but I have had the front wheel come off on it's own. Luckily, it's only happened once while I was actually pushing the stroller. I don't think it's a safety feature. I would email Baby Jogger, if it is a defect hopefully they'll be able to help you out.

    I have the micro and the city selevt and every so often this happens. I take the wheel off and blow in the inside. Sometimes stuff gets in there and it makes it stick. Hope that helps.

    I had this problem with my City Mini single... it was an issue with a spring inside the front wheel. We called Baby Jogger and their customer service was great.. they sent me a new wheel and I received it less then a week after calling. In the meantime we had put tape over the lock thing so it could not lock on its own.
