We have rather expensive tickets to an event on saturay and my douchbage SIL just backed out of babysitting.
My nephew was supposed to have tubes put in on Friday, so other SIL wasn't an option, but the surgery just got moved to today, so depending on how nephew (30 months) is feeling, she may be an option.
Dr Google tells me that "the child may resume normal activity the next day," but I am looking for some real life stories.
Do you think that he'd be well enough for SIL to care for G saturday night?
Re: tell me about recovery from tube surgery
Grayson's surgery was at 8am.... at 9:20 we were home and he was playing and happier than he had ever been. It's a VERY easy surgery - most children have no issues recovering in about an hour... once the groggy anesthesia feeling is over.
easiest surgery ever.
