free weights for my arms, simple crunches for my belly, and walking up and down the stairs for my legs. also take the boys on a walk (my neighborhood has hills so the walk is a workout). it only takes about an hr for it all (the walk is 30 mins) and i do feel it working! good luck
I fit in what I can, whenever I can. Yesterday I dropped of the LO at my mom's for an hour and hiked the mountain by her house. Sometimes I just do a little routine of exercises at home: jump rope for 3 minutes, crunches, push ups, squats, lunges, REPEAT! It will kick your butt and you can just repeat maybe once at first, then try to repeat it two times, etc. All you need is a jump rope!
I haven't started my post-baby workout routine yet (should get clearance on Friday - woot!), but when I do, I intend to do the 30-day Shred. I also have a treadmill and a bike I can use if the Shred sounds like too much for the day.
I did Shred and some Firm videos pre-baby and loved the results.

When LO does floor time I do floor exercises such as leg lifts and crunches and during hid tummy time I get on my tummy and do push ups. He loves watching me do these silly things and gets all sorts of excited to do our exercises together; the more I move the more he kicks and squirms and guggkes and coos at me. Its my fave time of the day.
We also walks, only I wear him for the walks so I have that extra weight and we do a lot of dancing, and I incorporate arobic moves into our dancing.

Just started last week! I'm doing Jillian Michaels videos (30 day shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones) and she has two I haven't tried yet, but I will once my body gets used to the exercise again (Six week six pack and Ripped in 30). I lost 30 lbs this way pre-baby and feel like my old self again after just a week of working out. I'd recommend these to anyone!
But three things remain: faith, hope and love; the greatest of these is love.

Pretty much this with out the extra kid and the walking on the stairs. I also do some push ups and yoga in the morning if I feel up to it. Good luck.
I have a TRX in the garage... DH has a heavy bag (sounds gnarly but it's a punching bag), a squat rack and a flat bench. We have a bunch of plates and bars as well. I'm looking forward to the TRX the most. I highly recommend it. It runs $180ish new, but it is a TOTAL body workout. There are TONS of videos on youtube how to use it and do great combination moves and how to really push yourself. I love it!! I can't wait to have DS2 so that I can start using it heavily again.
