Good morning ladies!

Of course I am already thinking about lunch, since I spend half my time thinking about food these days. However, nothing has been very appealing to me for the last few days and I have no ideas about lunch. What's everyone having today? I'm hoping for some inspiration!

Today is my birthday so we are going to a nice Chinese buffet for lunch!!! Woo hoo!

I'm having leftovers - eggplant lasagna DH made last night, OMG it's delicious, I wish you could taste it!!!

But when nothing sounds really appealing, I usually end up with soup. GL!

I stopped by the local deli and picked up their fresh chicken salad and a side of cucumber salad with red onions.

I might treat myself to a glass of grape juice over crushed ice if I get the energy to run to the market. Today must be a big day for the baby, he's sapped every ounce of energy from my body.
