Yeast Infections...

I get them about twice a year normally.  Luckily with DD I did not get a single one during pregnancy.  Here I am, barely pregnant and I already have a raging yeast infection.  I did the overnight cream last night and even took a cool baking soda bath this morning, still with minimal relief.  What have others done to trump the YI??

     My dr gave me Terazol 3 when I was around 12 weeks, I think it's a cat C but he was ok with that, I would have done anything.
