I'm already planning ahead to how I'm going to try to lose the baby weight. I got pregnant when DD was 6 months old, so I started out heavier this time around. So I am curious, what will you do to lose the baby weight?
I used to run 3 times a week and practice yoga about 4 times a week on top of that. I've had to slow down a lot since getting pregnant and am feeling all the effects I intend to breastfeed (hopefully that works out and helps in some way) and get back into my pre-pregnancy fitness routine.
Eh, this didn't work for me, but it does for some people.
