Weight loss

I'm already planning ahead to how I'm going to try to lose the baby weight.  I got pregnant when DD was 6 months old, so I started out heavier this time around.  So I am curious, what will you do to lose the baby weight?

  • I swear by Billy Blanks Tae Bo, it kept me in great shape before dd and got me back to pre preggo size and weight after! It a great total body workout
  • I used to run 3 times a week and practice yoga about 4 times a week on top of that. I've had to slow down a lot since getting pregnant and am feeling all the effects :( I intend to breastfeed (hopefully that works out and helps in some way) and get back into my pre-pregnancy fitness routine.
