Jillian Michaels can suck it (30 Day Shred)

ARRGGG!!  I did the Shred today with DH (day 6).  He's more physically fit than me so he suggested we do level 2.  I've been doing level 1 with a friend who's about the same fitness level and I was feeling all kinds of proud of myself and figured I could probably handle it.  And I was wrong.  I will definitely be going back to level 1 for another few days.  Level 2 kicked my ass!  And if Jillian says "phoning it in" one more time, I will jump into my DVD player and beat her!

  • OMG you ladies kick butt! I did 10 days of level 1 and 2 days of level 2 and quit. I feel bad for giving up but I wasn't happy doing it and after 12 days I didn't lose any weight, so I figured I try something else I enjoyed a little more. Jumping jacks were hurting my boobies and I have literally NO upper body strength for push ups. I'm a weanie I know lol.

  • I just finished my first day. Am I going to be able to lift my baby today? It was hard enough to shampoo my hair. Is it appropriate to call 911 to get them to come and pick up my screaming baby?Stick out tongue

  • I just finished day 6 of level 2. I dont do it everyday though, more like every other...I have to confess that I dont even use weights in level two except for one of the circuits. I'm a wimp and it kills my shoulders! Even on day 6, doing the beginner versions, it still completely wipes me out.
