NBR: Roofing Advice

If you are having your flashing replaced or roof repaired, make sure the company replaces any torn shingles. We have had 4+ roofers work on our roof over the last 3 years and not one of them replaced our shingles. We finally have a company that identified that root of our roof problems was torn shingles that had been caulked over with silicon (common quick fix in the roofing industry).

Highly recommend: I. G Christmas (roofing company). They are family owned and operated, honest, and not too expensive. Plus they give a 3 yr warranty on their work. Most companies only give a year.
