OTC allergy med recommendations?

Anybody's LO take an OTC allergy medication?

DS has the exact same allergy sensitivities as me, pet dander, pollen, etc. Pedi recommended trying an OTC med- anybody use one with success?

    I would start with Zyrtec. Claritin never helped DD1. Now the Zyrtec isn't cutting it and we switched to Allegra which seems a little better. We may have to go the prescription route though. We have an appt with the allergist on Wed to get tested again. Her allergies are getting worse.

    We give DD Zyrtec every night before bed.  it has seemed to help keep her well.

    We just started doing generic Zyrtec. Doesn't seem to be helping though......

    May switch to Allegra because my cousin's LO had good luck with it.
