How is everyone doing? I'm realizing that my old ankle from ballet really was serious.. and I'm wishing that I kept up with my stretches like my physical therapist told me to.
I was thinking about moving to level 2 after a couple more days but the pushups are still kicking my ass, and the lunges seem to be getting harder to stay balanced through on the right side because of my ankle. I'm determined to keep up with this though! I'll just have to start stretching that ankle again!

I didn't do the shred today but I did do the elliptical. I've decided to do the shred every other day to help let my knees heal. I'll be on day 2 workout 2 tomorrow!
Oh, and btw I'm down 3 lbs! Yay!
I started counting push-ups and that's made me more accountable- that way, even though they're kicking my a$$, I know how many I need to do to stay on track. I'm also losing my balance a lot on the lunges as I get tired, but I finally made it through the whole workout doing EVERYTHING and using weights for all the moves! YAY! I did Day 6 yesterday and will hopefully move up to level 2 on day 10. My endurance is definitely up and I think I'll be ready by then.
