Parenting after 35

**&&** and other Shredders **check-in**

Hello!  How's it going?  It's been a while so I thought we might need a little check in for encouragement.  I took Memorial weekend off but was good and worked out again on Monday (last Monday).  I then started level 2 (there are 4 levels in Ripped in 30) on Tuesday of last week.  I just finished day 3 of level 2 today and it is so hard!  I feel like such a wimp (a sweaty wimp, though).  Everything is in plank and jumping around in plank, which I feel like I totally don't get how to do correctly.  Anyway, hope things are going better for you and you are still hanging in there!!  I felt like quitting today but somehow survived...

  • not doing well with the shredding AT ALL Sad  I stepped on a piece of glass and couldn't walk right, let alone workout.  So my plan is to get back in the groove starting today... but I should probably consider this "day 1" againTongue Tied

  • Oh no! Make sure you give it time to heal. No shame in starting at level 1 again. I am tempted to go back on my DVD b/c I am so bad at level 2. I figure that doing something is better than the nothing I was doing before. Hope your foot feels better soon.
