Hello! How's it going? It's been a while so I thought we might need a little check in for encouragement. I took Memorial weekend off but was good and worked out again on Monday (last Monday). I then started level 2 (there are 4 levels in Ripped in 30) on Tuesday of last week. I just finished day 3 of level 2 today and it is so hard! I feel like such a wimp (a sweaty wimp, though). Everything is in plank and jumping around in plank, which I feel like I totally don't get how to do correctly. Anyway, hope things are going better for you and you are still hanging in there!! I felt like quitting today but somehow survived...
