going to visit Seattle in August - GF/baby visit tips?

I'm an Austinite going to visit a friend in Seattle this August.  What is something fun we can do with a just-turned-1-year-old in tow?  Extra points to anyone who knows some good gluten free restaurants!  We will be staying in 98117 if that helps.

  • That's a really nice area! Green Lake is fun and there is also Discovery Park near by if its nice out. You are close to downtown Seattle, so there will be tons of restaurant options. The Seattle Children's Museum would be great for your LO too.

  • There are tons of GF options in this area.  Many regular restaurants have GF options and will follow GF preparations (if you have celiac and need them to).  Cafe Flora on Madison is vegetarian but also has several GF options.  Here's a site that can give you some info.  https://www.glutenfreemom.com/GlutenFreeSeattle.html

Oh and several pizza places seem to have GF pizzas now.
