funny baby clothes observation

DS was wearing Old Navy cargo shorts today (size 0-3) and I noticed that they had all of these pockets.  Real pockets.  Some even with velcro.  DH has the same ones!

Ok, so why?  Couldn't they just do fake pockets and save time and money?  I mean what is a baby going to put in those pockets??!!  Micro cell phones?  a mini wallet? :)

I just got a small chuckle out of my observation :)

    I have made the same observation!  It is so random... anything that could fit in those itty bitty pockets would definitely be a choking hazard!

    Yep - and DS has a pair of jeans where the pockets seem to pop out.... I mean you can see the white lining on the inside.  He does not even need the pockets and yet they are driving me crazy - I wish it was a fake one.  Would look so much neater.

    I always laugh at that too!  Sometimes it looks like the boys have the same outfit on as DH.

    someone's DH on here commented that there was no way that their LO's big plastic keys were going to fit those teeny pockets :)  made me giggle :)
