Now that we're back in town for awhile (after being out of town for what has seemed like a month) I'm back to cooking.

It's summer so we will pretty much grill every night.
M: BBQ Ribs oven baked and finished on grill, grilled veggies
T: peanut satay chicken w/ edemame rice
W: Grilled chicken sliced over salads
TH: Pulled Beef, grilled corn and fries
F: Pizza night
Sorry. The twelve year old deep inside me is still laughing at "wiener."
Anyway this week we will have:
Hot dogs, steamed veggies, and pasta salad.
Grilled chicken with sauteed spinach and left over pasta salad
Moco Loco
Spaghetti
The rest...I don't know.
tonight was snacky night with a loaf of french bread, olive oil, salami, blue cheese, marinated peppers, bruscheta

Monday - airport food - dolmades and fruit
Tuesday - pizza at the pool
Wed - shrimp burgers, watermelon, corn on the cob
Thurs - sausage and rice timbale, salad
Friday - southern-style pork tenderloin w/chow chow, sweet tea rice w/peaches and jalapenos, grilled veggies
Sat - pimiento cheese chicken salad sandwiches, watermelon, chips or oven fries
