So I have been working from home, and I don't really have a home office. I had a desk in the living room and it had just gotten so hard to get things done. DH would bring the kids into the living room and I would be stuck trying to keep them quiet while on conference calls. It was hard. Over the weekend DH and I talked about it and I basically told him that even though he works from home he doesn't have to talk to people and it was really affecting things. Also my boss had said I could cut back on the days I go into the office from 3 to 2 or 1 whatever worked for me, but I honestly worried about not getting things done. So he moved everything to our room and made space there for the desk.
I have gotten SO much done today! Darrian is a bit sad, came knocking on the door, and I didn't answer.. but went out to have lunch with him and feed the boys. He was happy then. I think it will be a really good thing.
