At 10 months, both of my boys were fully on table food. SO....I don't know exact amounts, but they were eating "full" meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Way more than you described above. My boys would eat bowls of pasta, ravioli, etc. with veggies and a fruit.
She ate three full meals a day at that point. Some days she'd eat a ton of whatever we offered, some days she wouldn't eat enough to keep a bird alive. She's still that way, though.
Well, she's just practicing right now since her real nutrition comes from breast milk or formula, so you don't have to worry about the amount she's eating right now as much as that she's trying pincher grasp and getting different textures.
That said, a serving size for a 1 year old is a tablespoon per my pedi. Half a ping pong ball if you need another visual. Their stomachs are pretty tiny so they really don't need much to be full.
ETA: 1 Tbsp. Per item. So 1 Tbsp of a veggie, one of fruit, one of protein, etc.
100% table food as of her 9month check up. With the exception of leftover purees mixed into her cereal or yogurt to use up the stash.

Because we're fancy like that.
Yup, she was on table food at that age. 3 full meals a day and 2 snacks.
About a plop of whatever we were eating. So one poached egg, a piece of toast, 3 strawberries for example.
