My mom made the mozzarella, tomato and basil grilled cheese and was kind enough to bring me some piping hot. Holy YUMMO, Batman! I'm going to try subbing red peppers instead of tomatoes to get DH to eat it.

Me too, but it's also motivating me to try some new things and get some projects done. Tomorrow I'm hoping to make DS a bucket hat I pinned the other day.

I think you're crazy for this... I hated cooked peppers but tomatoes are my most favorite!
