A few weeks ago I started to do the Shred... and stopped before the 2nd set of push ups was finished. So I decided to get some lower impact stuff from our library to get me going. I got a belly dancing DVD and a postnatal workout. Did those a few days last week, which I was proud of, and got some new ones for this week. I figure it is a start!! Hopefully after awhile I can either get where I want to with lower impact stuff and/or work back up to the Shred! I hope to use the DVD's at least 4 times this week. Going for a good walk tonight!

I'm turning a new leaf today. I haven't been eating all that well & I haven't been exercising much. Today I only brought healthy foods for my lunch & I'm signing up for another 5k in July.

I had been steadily losing while I was going to the gym on a free pass. Now that I am trying to workout at home again I gained 2pds in the last week.
Its official, This mama wants the 2yr membership with 24 hr fitness. Hopefully I can get to a healthy weight in that time.
