acne/dry skin on 19 month old?

I've noticed lately that DS has some pimples on different parts of his face (cheeks, forehead, chin) and other parts (inside of his eye lid, near his nose) are dry and look like they could use some lotion.

Is this normal?

    We haven't had to deal with that. DD will occasionally get a pimple, but it's usually when I've slacked on washing her face.

    Maybe ask your doctor?
