Help!Anyone have this happen ?

I went in this am to have an ultrasound. I am exactly 5 weeks. Before she put the wand in she said "we may or may not" see something. Of course, we didn't, yet. My lining is super thick and she said its responding to something.....waiting on blood,. Beta were 84, 197, on the low side. Fingers crossed. This is an IVF pregnancy...like i am not stressed enough :( Anyone have this? Thanks Ladies and Happy Monday!

    Why are you having such an early u/s?

    I have to have early u/s because I have had an ectopic pg, but even still they won't schedule one until my beta hits about 1,500-2,000 because that's the earliest they can see anything.

    I've had one at 5w that showed a very tiny little sac and that was about it.

    I would wait until you get your beta back before you worry.  It could be doubling, but just not to 1,500 yet, which would explain why the tech couldn't see anything.

    It's very possible.

    We had a 5 wk u/s with this pregnancy.  We only saw one itty bitty tiny dot.

    Obviously there was another there that we couldn't see.  When is your next u/s?  Because by 6wks it was obvious that there were 2!

    Me: PCOs DH: Perfect!
    4 Fresh IVF cycles + 1 FET where embies didn't survive the thaw = 2 perfect little men!

    It's early b/c I am an IVF pregnancy and since the betas are rising (on the low side) she wanted to make sure it didn't attach itself in the wrong place. I have a headache b/c I am so stressed out. The good thing is...it isn 't where it shouldn't be, the ify news is...where it is?

    Why are you under a different S/N now?  Unless you are someone else?  I'm so confused.

    My Dr won't even do an 'early' ultrasound until your beta is 2500.  You just can't see anything before then.

    Good luck!!
