Childcare help!! (Raleigh)

Hello everyone, 

I have a 2.5 week old and I am looking into AFFORDABLE childcare options (haha, I know its $$$) I am hoping you all may have suggestions on schools/churches/at home services that you really enjoy that have full day programs. Please help, all opinions welcome. :-)
