How did you know this what is? What were some signs (looking at his gums) that gave it away? Thanks.

    The first tooth just seemed to pop up out of nowhere, but the second one I could tell the gum where the tooth was coming in was a bit more red and swollen. DD also started drooling quite a bit right before the 2nd started trying to poke out.

    Your LO already has teeth! Holy cow!!! I didn't realize they can get teeth so early. My LO has been drooling a lot and eating his hands... no swollen gums yet though.
