Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: My grandma complimented how good I looked, and that is a rarity for my grandma.
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: DH getting a job, PPD
How far along?: 31 weeks 1 day
Best Baby related moment of last week: My husband was finally able to feel our little girls foot sticking up.
Movement/Kick Counting:? She is always moving. Take me about 4-7 minutes to get to 10 counts.
Complaints?: Her movements are being uncomfortable at times. I guess she has less space to work with now.
How was your sleep this week?: Great, no complaints here.
Belly Button In or Out?: Is there a flat option? Mine isn't out yet, but def not in.
Cravings?: Anything sweet. Ice cream and the fruit pops are my favorite right now.
Nursery Progress: Have everything except for our bedding, lamp and mobile. We are going to wait until after my shower and get what we still need.
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: My dad told me how good I looked and I went to the doctor and she actually commented on how good my weight was. First time in about a month she wasn't concerned. Glad things finally slowed down.
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: No wanting to go back to work after my maternity leave is over.
How far along?: 30 WEEKS and im really excited!!!!
Best Baby related moment of last week: DH felt what we thought was a tiny baby foot in my beleh and I put together my first baby toy...it was a play mat!!
Movement/Kick Counting:? tons of movement. I think she will be just like her daddy and not be able to sit still.
Complaints?: HEARTBURN! and I think lighting crotch has begun but im not sure I felt it a few times over the weekend. Just plain weird.
How was your sleep this week?: ehh...could be better my maternity pillow will be in by the end of the week and I cant wait!

Cravings?: none really other than always wanting dessert after dinner

Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: Someone ordered me a Hot Mama Gown to wear during delivery and I am excited about it!!!
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Since this is my first I have a lot of concerns and what ifs.... but with all the women around me I will survive!

Best Baby related moment of last week: Realizing that my bump is starting to grow rapidly every couple of weeks!
Movement/Kick Counting:? Movement all the time. Haven't done kick counts, doesn't seem necessary at this point.
Complaints?: My back is starting to get sort of sore. I think I need to invest in some better back support for my office job.
How was your sleep this week?: Crummy, but I think it's because our bedroom gets warm in the summer.
Belly Button In or Out?: In, but gross.
Cravings?: Food in general! and ice water!
Nursery Progress: Just need to get things up on the walls.
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: When we went for a walk together, SIL said she was surprised that my big belly isn't slowing my down.
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Finding the strength to be a good mommy through the sheer exhaustion right away.
How was your sleep this week?: See above! not so good! But I still feel rested. Belly Button In or Out?: Still on its way out but hasn't popped yet! Cravings?: Nothing major, but I would be happy lady eating cheeseburgers and milkshakes every day (which I'm not doing lol). Nursery Progress: It's looking good, but our crib was recalled so it won't feel done until they tell me how to replace the current one! Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: My husband last night said he loved me "All ways, always." So sweet! What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Balancing family visits and bonding with the baby, and establishing breast feeding.

Movement/Kick Counting:? Very very low yesterday and today. So low that I can't feel it with my hand or see it in my belly.
Complaints?: Sleeping suuuucks
How was your sleep this week?: Terrible.
Belly Button In or Out?: In in the middle, and coming out on the sides lol.
Cravings?: Boston Market strawberry pie. Oh my
Nursery Progress: Furniture is all in room, grandma bought me the valance I still need to do a lot to it though.
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: (while eating frozen custard) another pregnant woman told me I looked small
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Probably overbearing family members thinking they can barge in any old time and take over.
How far along?: 31 weeks 4 days
Best Baby related moment of last week: My 3 year old daughter came with me to my doctor appointment and heard her sister's heart beat for the first time. She has been telling EVERYONE about it and is so excited!
Movement/Kick Counting:? Not counting...
Complaints?: The heat is making me swell. I took off my wedding rings this weekend so they wouldn't get stuck. I also have a little bit of back pain and am tired all the time, but I think that's due to chasing my 3 year old around.
How was your sleep this week?: Ok... very thankful for my body pillow right now.
Belly Button In or Out?: Still in but barely. BUT I have a super innie - it never popped out with DD#1 and she was 9 lb 2 oz and 22 1/2 inches long!
Cravings?: Cookie crumb ice cream cones, strawberries, Snickers
Nursery Progress: We close on our house next Monday and can move in June 30, so I won't be starting until then. I have painted a few of the things that will hang around the room, she will use DD's crib and crib skirt, bedding is bought, and I'm almost done sewing the yellow cover for the rocker/glider that will go in her room. I'm pretty far behind, but it's hard to get any more done when I didn't have the space to work with!
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: We had our free first weekend home since mid-April this weekend. I woke up at 10 AM on Saturday with a happy 3 year old, rested husband, and pancakes and sausage on the table. Hubby also spent the entire weekend with DD and I (he ususally had something for work, helps his parents on their farm, or goes golfing) which was soooo nice. I feel so refreshed.
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Balancing my 3 year old and our baby. We are also going to become a farming family a month after she is born (joining my husband's dad and brother full-time), which means my husband will start working LONG days, 7 days a week, all year long. It makes me a little nervous because I won't have much of a break from parenting (I'm a SAHM). I'm trying to prepare myself!
How far along?: 29 w 2 days
Best Baby related moment of last week: getting our glider/rocker for the nursery last week (it's a Little Castle from Target and we LOVE it!)
Movement/Kick Counting: Ever since calling the doc after a few days of her being "sleepy", she's been so active, I feel like I don't formally have to do this!
Complaints?: DH not really knowing what he's getting in to. I don't think he gets the whole this baby has to grow for at least 9 weeks longer before I feel comfortable with her coming into this world. He wants her here now! I keep yelling at him!
How was your sleep this week?:Just fine but I've been much more tired than usual.
Belly Button In or Out?: When she's up near it (with her butt) it's out. I think when I sit it goes in and when I stand it's out.
Cravings?: I just am a freak on pasta this entire pregnancy. I also want cheeeese often!
Nursery Progress: Nearly done! Just need a rug, the crib bedding (on my registry - which someone bought - I know such a stalker!), and a smaller table with baskets for organization next to the changing dresser!
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: My parents helped me pick up the china hutch I bought from someone and my mom is going to refinish it with me "supervising" her!
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?:DH not understanding how hard it will be while I'm home and he's at work. I will have two dogs to entertain and a LO and he probably will think it's a cakewalk. I may make him stay home randomly while I go out and run errands so he can see how it feels!How far along?: 30 Weeks 3 Days! Only 67 days until D-Day
Best Baby related moment of last week: Started receiving gifts to our house off our registry! Also finding out I passed my 3 hour GTT
Movement/Kick Counting:? moving a lot and tons of rolling around and stretching. I think he's trying to make room in there.
Complaints?: Not being able to take more than a claritin for my allergies
How was your sleep this week?: its not bad except LO wants to start really moving around midnight.
Belly Button In or Out?: still in but I don't anticipate for much longer
Cravings?: blueberries, blueberry waffles, blueberry pancakes, blueberry muffins and chocolate donuts
Nursery Progress: Hahahaha I am still laughing at this one. The floor finally got refinished this weekend and SO is patching and painting today. So hopefully by the end of this coming weekend the furniture will be in and put together.
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: My mom brought me home a beautiful ring from Aruba as a "your going to be a mom" gift!
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Right now I am most worried about getting PPD and feeling sick to my stomach after LO is born if I decide to have an epidural and any other meds during labor. I have a very very sensitive stomach when it comes to taking meds.How far along?: 28 Weeks 0 days
Best Baby related moment of last week: Knowing that I wasn't dialating and everything was going well again

Complaints?: I am STILL all bruised up from my transfusions, IV's etc etc
How was your sleep this week?:getting better... Still tired though

Cravings?: Sour, sweet, occasionally spicy, and salty too... Okay, so that is everything but bland food! LOL
Nursery Progress: Paint colors picked! Painter comes Friday to do the room and a the bathroom... I can't wait! Once it is all painted we can move DS's crib up there and get everything set up... WOOHOO!! Gettin' closer!
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: If I didn't see you from the side, I would have no idea you were pregnant! You look fabulous!!
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?:Breastfeeding and finding a job again... I would love to be able to work at home and save the $$ that I would have to spend on daycare for DD... DS is in a preschool (that we LOVE!!) and he will keep going to that, but if I can keep DD home until she starts school that would be awesome!! Fingers crossed!How far along?: 30 weeks today
Best Baby related moment of last week: DH's touch made me her move in my belly. It was like they were playing a little game. He'd poke and she'd poke back. He was in such awe ... it was awesome!

How was your sleep this week?: Awful ... see complaints

Nursery Progress: Painting all done. Picking up the crib today.
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: Posted earlier this week about how I got free miso soup and an additional veggie sushi roll when I went for sushi (veggie). The staff insisted I have it "for baby". They were so excited for me .. it was cute.
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: I have always struggled with anxiety. My biggest concern is that I won't be a calm mom. I really want to be.
How far along?: 28w 5 days
Best Baby related moment of last week: Watching LO's kicks make ripples in the pool while DH and I were on our babymoon.
Movement/Kick Counting:? Not really counting but he definitely kicks more than 10 times in an hour.
Complaints?: Nothing that couldn't have been avoided if I were less stubborn. I overdid things and my back hurts and my feet are swollen.
How was your sleep this week?: Good considering
Belly Button In or Out?: 1/2 out 1/2 in
Cravings?: No specific cravings but I definitely ate too much last week. Vacations are the perfect time to eat like a pig.
Nursery Progress: Almost done, still need to hang the curtains and put the crib bedding on but the bedding will wait until I start maternity leave.
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: DH and some of my best friends helped me celebrate my birthday in the OBX. I had friends from all over that made the trip to help celebrate and it was a perfect birthday.
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Just making sure that I learn to rest when he is resting. I am overall pretty confident about dealing with newborns but need to learn to get rest when I can.

Best Baby related moment of last week: Buying lots of little baby boy clothes at Baby Gap! (I'm obsessed with their stuff)
Movement/Kick Counting:? Lots of movement, I don't count kicks.
Complaints?: Saturday was awful. I woke up to what I thought were awful gas pains. I'm now convinced I was having contractions. They lasted all day, but I only had about one an hour so I wasn't too concerned. Laying in bed & drinking lots of water seemed to help.
I've also been having daily nosebleeds...so I'm going to see an ENT specialist tomorrow. I'm sick of them!
How was your sleep this week?: It was okay, nothing out of the ordinary!
Belly Button In or Out?: It's mostly just flat.
Cravings?: Cereal/oatmeal/breakfast foods.
Nursery Progress: N/A.
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: The "you're so small" comments are always nice.
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Handling 2u2! I'm really starting to get nervous about that. And making the transition to SAH...I'm so used to working.
How was your sleep this week?: peeing has definitely cut into my sleep a decent amount lately!Belly Button In or Out?: still in, but hardly there right now. I expect it will go out eventually.Cravings?: nothing particularly. Then the whole family smothering thing. I like my privacy and I'm afraid that with a baby people aren't going to give that to me (at least I have an 8 hour buffer!!)

Best Baby related moment of last week: My sister gave us a gift on Saturday that was the letters of Logan's name. She did such an awesome job on them. They are so unique, not the typical letters, she found wood blocks and painted them on there. She also gave us a framed picture she drew that is the parents hands in the shape of a heart with the babies feet in between. My mom also gave me a WIllow Tree expectant mother figurine!
Movement/Kick Counting:? Tons of movement lately, esp the past couple of days. Its actually a little painful lately. I also can't tell if some of these are actually BH and not movement.
Complaints?: haha see post from this morning. I hit a wall this weekend. My back, my sciatic, swelling, feet hurt, tired, etc.
How was your sleep this week?: same as always. Not great but not terrible. My allergies have started so I have had some trouble breathing.
Belly Button In or Out?: Still in... getting closer to being out or flat though haha
Cravings?: same ole desserts ahha. I've had way more aversions then cravings though.
Nursery Progress: We finally set up the crip and arranged the room how we want it! I finished the from side of the quilt I'm making. We bought the crib mattress so now I can make the sheets and the crib skirt. I've made the curtains as well.
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: i threw DH a surprise 30th bday party on saturday and got such awesome help from people. My FIL was a huge help. He came over to help set up. Bought all of the burgers and hot dogs and manned the grill all day. Then another friend offered to help, told me it was too much for one pregnant wife to do on her own haha. He brought food, helped set up, made sure I was ok all day. He was so great.
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: That I will be as forgetful as I normally am and forget to do something important like feed him or something haha.
How far along?: 31 weeks, 6 daysBest Baby related moment of last week: getting our glider and putting it in its place in our new house - makes it seems as if it's all right around the corner. Movement/Kick Counting:? She is rocking and rolling in there - no need to do kick counts because she pretty much picks up the movement if i stop moving. Complaints?: The backaches - i have a pretty active job that requires me to stand all day so sitting for 10 + hours at a stretch this weekend due to childbirth classes (driving down to where we are going to live takes 2 hours and that's where the classes are) just about did me in.

We're moving into our house in early July and, by that time, the nursery should be painted but that's about it. What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Breastfeeding and having family members smother me a little too much - so grateful for all the help they're going to give me but concerned that i won't get to do things the way i want to without losing my temper.

Best Baby related moment of last week: Apparently Logan doesnt like the remote control laying on my stomach. I had it resting on me while laying in bed watching tv and he kicked it so hard it almost fell off my stomach. I was laughing so hard.
Movement/Kick Counting:? He moves all the time so I dont usually do kick counts. He is active around the same time everyday.
Complaints?: My only complaint is the swelling I am getting in my hands, feet, and ankles. I try to not complain about it but there are times that its so uncomfortable.
How was your sleep this week?: Pretty good, been getting some crazy dreams lately which I also had during the first tri.
Belly Button In or Out?: Its still in and I think its staying in.
Cravings?: Not really
Nursery Progress: We got sooooo much done in the nursery this weekend. We have some paint touchups to do and the closet doors need to be painted but overall its near completion. I wont have the bedding until my shower since my SIL made it as her gift. I know what the fabric looks like though. I also need to hem the one set of curtains since they are a bit too long for the window.
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: I love when people tell me that I dont look big at all. I feel HUGE so to hear that I dont look like I am feels good, even if they are just being nice.
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Being a mom of 2 I think is my biggest concern. I have an 8 year old stepson who lives with me and DH full time. I actually see and do more for him day to day than even my husband since hubby is at work by 4:30am practically every day including saturdays. It is definitely going to be an adjustment to making sure both of the kiddos needs are met. My 8 year old is amazing with little kids and has a 3 year old half sister so he knows the whole sibling routine, I know he will be fine for the most part. I just sometimes question if I will be fine

How was your sleep this week?: better....only getting out of bed 2x/nite to pee
Cravings?: Not anything in particular....sometimes i just have moments where i have to have something (i.e rice krispie treats)...but nothing so strong all the time
Nursery Progress: Getting close...about 75% done. Just need to get a frame for the spare bed in the nursery & hang some pictures up.
Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: My husband put aside money i didn't know about so that i could buy some new bras....that was awesome!

Best Baby related moment of last week: I've been stalking my registry, and I noticed people have started buying off of it (I know, I know...) but that makes me super happy
Movement/Kick Counting:? Doctor doesn't require it because she moves so much and all the time, but gave me the paper for it anyway
Complaints?: heartburn and swollen feet, and the heat is oppressive

Best Baby related moment of last week: Went to our 3D/4D Ultrasound and seeing him nuzzle against the placenta like a pillow and seeing his little foot SO close to his face lol. We tried cold water, music and movement to get him to move around but he was not having it. So we are going back free of charge on 6/17.
Movement/Kick Counting:? We are having plenty of movement and I am Loving it!
Complaints?: Beside's being tired, having to pee every minute and being tired (LOL I know I said it twice) I am doing Awesome
How was your sleep this week?: I can't seem to get enough...When I get home I am napping.

What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: I just want to be the Best Mommy for Logan and be there for him no matter what.

Nicest thing someone did or said to you last week?: My uncle said I was just the most gorgeous pregnant thing he's ever seen
Even tho I'm a house it made me feel really good.
What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: What the hell do I do with a baby? Ah it's my first and we're a little nervous but I think we will pick up quick.
How far along?: 31 weeks 6 days
Best Baby related moment of last week: Just watching my fiance play with the baby through my stomach
Movement/Kick Counting:? I am not counting kicks at all, he moves so much that I am not worried about doing it.
Complaints?: My back and feet hurt easily now after chores
How was your sleep this week?: I am sleeping just fine in my bed but if I try to nap on the couch, it is hard to get comfy.

Nursery Progress: We have got a LONG way to go. Money is really tight and it is going to be kind of a struggle to get everything that we need in time.

What is your biggest concern after LO is born?: Managing to learn how to care for a newborn as well as take care of my 5 and 3 year olds.
