I see lots of people with them but im not sure I get it.....$20 for a squishy giraffe? That being said, i'd buy it if it would keep my DS occupied and entertained

I just ordered from Amazon and got a pretty good deal. I got 2 of them for $25. I figured I should go ahead and get 2 since I know I will probably lose one at some point. I haven't gotten them yet though

got a sophie as a gift. she wants nothing to do with her. she prefers dolls with smiles on them. currently, she's working on her grasping skills with the winkel and is also trying to mouth it as well. Sophie is just too boring.

I think my kids are immune to the wonders of this toy. DS never cared for it and DD isn't interested.

I got it as a gift and don't think I would have shelled out that much for it. Both of my kids are cuddlers and rub thing against their faces so they like soft things better than rubbery things.

I got one on sale for $10 and another as a gift. Haven't given one to DD yet, but I gave one to my 9 m.o. nephew and he instantly loved it. My brother had never heard of Sophie before!

I bought one for DD and she loved it! It was her favorite toy and we just kept it and now were passing it on to DS because I don't feel like spending another 20.00 on it! So far he doesn't care for it but I didn't buy it for DD untill she was almost 5 months old.

We dont have a Sophie but we have a froggy. lol. I want a sophie just havent had the time to pick one up. For now we are sticking to the rubber froggy that makes the same noise. DS loves it and is all smiles with his litte frog!

This!!! Our shihtzu/maltese mix is a Sophie But we have the giraffe too...Everytime we play with it, my dog comes running so I think we will have to rename the giraffe

We have three! (all were gifts)

DD hasn't really used it yet aside to laugh at me when I squeak it for her. Friends of ours all have one for their LO's and they love their Sophie.
