Is this reflux?

So all of a sudden over the past three days my son has been very unhappy.  He hit 12 weeks yesterday so I know it could be growth spurt week.  But, he is having some weird symptoms that aren't attributed to growth.  Suddenly he is screaming while he takes a bottle, but not every bottle.  We are weaning from BF so he is getting some full nursing sessions, some bottles that are half and half and one bottle a day that is all formula.  He was taking formula just fine for the last three weeks or so.  He is also spitting up way more often and it is more like a projectile vomit than a spit up.  He is almost impossible to soothe and wants a warm belly and a lot of bouncing at all times.  Could this be reflux and if so, what do I do?

    Yep. My daughter was diagnosed with this today. They did an ultrasound to make sure it wasn't stenosis but the same thing was happening to her to where she couldn't keep any food down at all. The doctor put her on Zantac and Enfamil AR formula.

    The projectile vomiting sounds more like stenosis than reflux. Or could it be a reaction to the formula? My son has reflux but it started around 3 weeks, right about the time he started really eating substantial amounts of breastmilk. The late onset and projectile vomiting make me think it's something else. GL!
