Toddler food allergy/sensitivity resources? (XP on FB)

I now suspect DD has some kind of dairy sensitivity. I posted on the Food Allergy board and have done some Google searches, but feel ignorant about this whole issue and am not really sure where to get information. Are there any resources you can recommend?? Thanks!

    The reaction I notice is that her butt gets red. She drinks goats milk (a little each day) and that gives no reaction. We cut cow-dairy out of her diet for a month. I just reintroduced by giving her some cheese last night and she was red again today.

    Try kidswithfoodallergies.org Also, it could be just too MUCH of one food. Happened to us with carrots - he OD'd on them and got diaper rashes. Took a break and eased up and was fine.

    Have you talked to your dr about sending her to a pediatric allergist?  We went to one at virginia mason in seattle for Cruz's peanut allergy and it was way less an ordeal as I thought it would be.
