I don't have much of an appetite to eat a meal like breakfast lunch or dinner but I pick a lot... Like chips, crackers, cookies with milk, cereal sometimes and other junk foods but I just don't have an appetite for a meal. I have such a sweet tooth and yet the only food I actually crave is pizza from a specific place that I order from. I don't have constant morning sickness, only right after drinking my prenatal pills in the morning but other then that its just a loss of appetite for many foods that I use to eat all the time. That is very different for me.
Re: Not much of an appetite

My only problem with hunger is that if I ignore it (like today when I was at a promotion ceremony for my FIL), I start getting woozy. I can't tolerate hunger as well as I once could. I don't have any cravings though, all I can say is whether I want/need carb vs. protein vs. junk.
I also don't have an appetite, but beyond that, most foods that I consider eating kind of make me gag internally - the thought of them just makes me think, no way. I'm just at 7 weeks today, and this has been the case since about 3 weeks. When I finally do find something that doesn't sound horrible, which is different every day unfortunately, I eat it and feel totally great, but only for an hour. If I try to push through and not eat, then I start to feel sick. It's frustrating! It's like the only way to not feel sick is to keep eating, yet there are very few things that my body will let me eat.
On a similar topic, I've also noticed that sweet things are WAY sweeter than they used to be. I tried eating a Yoplait yogurt the other day and had to stop midway because it was crazy sweet, and I used to eat those all the time. Same with my Oat and Honey Special K, it tastes like candy. It's so weird!
ugh, i know how you feel. I bet for you though, if you took your vitamins before bed, you'd notice a change. i took mine in the morning one time and will never do that again! it made me so sick.
i havent had morning sickness but a lot of foods and smells make me feel nauseous. I'm craving a lot of fruit these days, which is actually nice.
