Okay honestly only.
Aside from the bad angle making me look fatter than normal...
Is this shirt too cheesy to wear at my DD's backyard b-day party (with a khaki skort) and for other fun little events???
I ask because it comes from the girls department and I want to make sure it doesn't make me look like I am trying to be 10.

(Sorry I don't know how to get it to PIP/ or link on a mac..the easy to use icons above are not working for me)
Re: Honest Opinion
Clicky
I think it's cute and Springy. You can also spice it up a bit with good accessories if you're worried about it looking too young.
I think the high neckline paired with the short flutter sleves and the tightness in the bust makes it look like its too small on you, and kind of broadens your shoulders.
I dont hate it, it just looks a little small.
This. I love the color. But for me (I also have some of the same features) I choose wide boat, scoop or v-neck (but not super low) necklines which make my boobs look less big. Styles are a little longer right now so that particular shirt seems short. This is just, drawing eyes to all the parts you are not wanting to highlight.
Thanks for the input. Anyone want to be my personal shopper?
I want something like this https://bit.ly/jjM2Od
but not sheer, in a nice solid color, and that can button up more (and hopefully for $50 or less.)
I also like this:

my grandma use to have a few (and she had the same build) but I can't justify the $ and I am not going to sew it myself anytime soon.
This is cute and inexpensive and similar to what you posted from Eddie Bauer: https://tinyurl.com/3v8yxv4
Otherwise I'm really bad at shopping, lol!
Old navy has a ton of shirts similar to EB one above, but short sleeve on clearance right now. Infact I am wearing one today in coral!
These are at Target...
Honest opinion - those little fluttery cap sleeves don't really look good on anyone...
I like the one MrsSmith posted!
