I'm working on a project and have been asked to recommend a hosting site for a business-to-business blog. I'm familiar with WordPress and Blogger, but are there any others I should consider? Positives/negatives about WordPress or Blogger?
Blogger is free and limited to what you can do on the back end and with the design. I started out with blogger and wish I would've just jumped in with Wordpress. If the site is going to have a lot of content updated daily I suggest starting out with a larger server (like Uncorrupted.net, currently using and LOVE them!).
When I first made the switch from blogger to wordpress I used Bluehost and while they were good the site was down at least 2-3 times a week and I couldn't take it anymore. The reason for it going down was because the content volume was high and we were having to be moved on different shared servers to not effect anyone else's site.
