NBR - How to UNblock someone?

I think I accidentally blocked a poster, I can't see her posts, but do see when someone quotes her. So I assume somehow I blocked her??? How do I UNblock??

    See all the boards listen on the left? Go the bottom, it says Unpost Bumpies.
