Medical Expense

Ex is supposed to pay 52% of all medical expenses not covered. After I send him the bill, how much time does he have to pay? The bill says "Amount due now". Is this something he can put off?

    In PA, I pay the whole thing then I submit the bills to the CS enforcement they tack it on to his arrears as part of his CS payments.

    I don't know how it works for people who have ex's that pay for things without threat of jail time.

    If I were to send DB the court form along with the medical bill, he has 30 days. If I send it to CS and have them take care of it, they will only recoup 20% of the amount that is due and it's tacked on to his arrears.

    I also have to pay them in full first before asking for reimbursement.
