Are you ladies working out for weight loss? Energy? Or both?
We have the P90X and I decided that I should work out for the energy. I'm seriously lacking energy when I'm home all day and do nothing but try to catch up on sleep. It's way too hot to be outside and the only thing I can think of doing is working out inside the house.
I use to work out religiously before I got pregnant but now, I'm just so blah. I lost all my baby weight but I HAVE ZERO ENERGY. =(

This. And I never stick to anything. I worked out a lot more while I was pregnant til about 7 months, then I got fatty fat fat and still have pregnancy weight to lose.
I'm REALLY hoping you guys will help me stick to doing something.
